More answers Who is Morph for?
Morph is for people noticing possible hair changes and wanting a clearer starting point. It also helps people who have already started care keep their photos, scans, and care record together.
Does Morph diagnose hair loss?
No. Morph explains visible characteristics in your photos and provides educational information. It does not diagnose a condition, prescribe treatment, or promise regrowth. A qualified professional can help evaluate medical concerns.
What does the Hair Health Score mean?
It is a 0–100 visual summary of density, hairline, thickness, and scalp health. It is not a clinical measurement. A change in score points does not mean a corresponding percentage of hair gained or lost.
How often should I scan?
Morph recommends a progress scan every seven days, and you can scan earlier. Use similar lighting and the same four angles to make your photo record more useful. Weekly scans do not promise visible weekly improvement.
Do I need to be using a treatment?
No. You can use Morph to understand your starting point and monitor your hair. If you choose to track care, you explicitly add the items and schedule yourself.

Is Morph free?
You can download Morph and complete your first scan for free. Your full analysis and ongoing features are part of Morph Premium, a subscription billed through the App Store: $9.99 a week or $49.99 a year (USD; local prices are shown in the App Store). There’s no free trial.
What happens to my photos?
Your photos are stored privately in your account and sent to our AI provider only to produce your results. We don’t sell your data or use your photos for advertising. See our Privacy Policy.
